1) Scope of Services

Moromcco operates in investment and trade-related activities, including:

  • Aviation: global aircraft sales & acquisitions, parts & supplies, asset management & maintenance coordination, commercial aircraft sales & leasing, aviation operations support, special projects, and pilot-training liaison.
  • Trading Services: energy and commodities trading (notably coal & fuel) with integrated trading & shipping logistics, market transparency solutions, and development of sustainable/low-carbon commodity strategies.
  • Advisory: consulting, project and transaction oversight.

Service descriptions on the site are informational; the binding terms of any transaction will be those in the written contract you sign with us.

2) Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our site/services you confirm you are 18+, legally capable to contract, and (when acting for a company) duly authorized. You agree to comply with Moroccan law and applicable international trade regulations.

3) Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware;
  • use the site for unlawful, misleading, or defamatory purposes;
  • copy, scrape, or reuse content except as permitted in Section 10.

We may suspend or restrict access for security, maintenance, or breach.

4) KYC, Compliance & Sanctions

To meet legal obligations (including AML/CTF and sanctions compliance), we may conduct due diligence (KYC). We may decline or terminate a relationship if compliance requirements are not satisfied.

5) Pricing, Quotes & Transactions

Quotes, pricing, availability, and schedules are subject to change and become binding only when set out in a signed agreement or purchase order. Payments must follow the agreed contract terms. Late or failed payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6) Third-Party Providers

We may rely on vetted third-party partners (e.g., logistics operators, management companies, training academies). They remain responsible for their performance. We are not liable for acts/omissions of independent providers unless expressly assumed in a signed contract.

7) No Financial or Investment Advice

Information on this site is general and not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Decisions should be made with your own professional advisors.

8) Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profit; loss due to market volatility, regulatory actions, or force majeure (including strikes, embargoes, epidemics, port closures, extreme weather).
  • Our aggregate liability in connection with a service is limited to the fees you paid to us for that specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • You agree to indemnify Moromcco against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on moromcco.com (logos, text, graphics, images, layouts, and software) is owned by or licensed to Moromcco and protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on the site), which explains how we collect and process personal data.

11) Links to Other Sites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Rabat (Tribunal de Commerce de Rabat).
